DOIJRP Community Activity Requirements
The purpose of these requirements is to improve participation, teamwork, communication, respect, and overall community growth within the DOIJRP Community.
Member Activity Requirements
- Active Participation
Members are expected to participate in patrols regularly.
Inactive members for extended periods without notice may lose certain roles and ranks.
Members should contribute positively through discussions, events, projects, or support.
- Respectful Communication
Treat all community members with respect regardless of opinions or experience.
No harassment,
bullying,
hate speech,
discrimination,
toxic behaviour.
Use appropriate language in chats, meetings, and activities.
- Community Engagement
Participate in community patrol, meetings, or improvement activities when possible.
Encourage teamwork and support newer members.
Share ideas and feedback that can help improve the community.
- Responsibility & Accountability
Complete assigned tasks or responsibilities on time.
Inform department head if unable to attend or complete duties.
Avoid spreading misinformation, rumors, or unnecessary drama.
- Rules & Guidelines
Follow all DOIJRP Community rules and staff instructions.
No cheating, exploiting, or abusing community systems.
Respect privacy and confidentiality within the community.
- Positive Environment
Help maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Encourage collaboration rather than conflict.
Support community improvement initiatives and constructive criticism.
- Leadership Expectations
(For Moderators, Staff, or Leaders)
Lead by example at all times.
Remain fair, professional, and active.
Assist members and resolve conflicts appropriately.

Consequences for Violations
Failure to follow community activity requirements may result in:
Warning
Temporary mute or suspension
Removal from activities or events
Permanent removal from the community (for severe or repeated violations)
Member Agreement
By participating in the DOIJRP Community, members agree to follow these activity requirements and contribute toward improving the community experience for everyone.
